Information Security Policy

Since its founding, this foundation has held to true health, in keeping with biblical teaching, as an ideal reaching beyond treating illness toward whole-person restoration. That aim depends on patients providing us with the clinical information we need.

To make it possible for patients to provide that information with confidence, we recognise our strong responsibility to use it safely, and set out this Information Security Policy accordingly.

Every officer, employee, trainee, student, volunteer, and outsourced contractor of this foundation is committed to upholding this policy, handling and protecting information assets with a shared understanding.

Information security management system

We build and operate an information security management system with clearly defined roles and responsibilities across the organisation, to sustain our ongoing information security efforts.

Comprehensive security measures

We apply comprehensive information security measures across every information asset held by this foundation, covering physical, personnel, technical, and operational security.

Training

We provide regular training on this policy and related documents to every officer and employee.

Legal compliance

Every officer and employee follows this policy, applicable law, and other internal hospital rules.
