Booking your delivery
If you plan to give birth here, please start by booking a first visit
This hospital does not accept multiple-birth deliveries or deliveries following egg donation. Where complications make a pregnancy higher risk, we recommend a university hospital, and we may decline at the first visit.

Submitting the form does not confirm a booking. We review each request, contact you by email, and confirm the date of your first visit. This can take up to three clinic days. Please choose a date between seven days and four weeks from the day you submit. The form is in Japanese only.

Planned delivery
We offer planned delivery for patients who wish for it; please raise this with your physician at your first visit. Depending on scheduling, a planned delivery may need to go on a waiting list.
NIPT (non-invasive prenatal testing)
Please raise this at your first obstetric visit if you are interested. This test is available only to patients with a delivery booking here, and requires a separate appointment on another day for counselling and the test itself.
Infection control at your visit
- Please wear a non-woven mask for every obstetrics outpatient visit.
- If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or any infection symptoms, please call us before your visit rather than attending in person.
- Please refrain from bringing your other children where possible; where unavoidable, we will check their health and ask them to wear a mask.
- We check every patient's health status at reception.
Regular prenatal checkups
Please book through the obstetrics outpatient desk; general reception or the appointment centre can also take this booking, up to two visits ahead.
Prenatal checkups are generally every four weeks up to 6 months, every two weeks for months 7 to 9, and weekly from month 10 onward.
Our obstetrics clinic is fully by appointment, though your physician's involvement in a delivery or emergency surgery can sometimes mean a wait; please ask our outpatient nurses if you have questions about waiting time. Your first visit and your 32-week checkup both involve more thorough review and take longer, so we recommend booking these on a day when your schedule allows extra time.
To book, change, or cancel an appointment, please call our Appointment Centre.
